Memorial Day Holiday

Onsite Management Office Holiday Hours & Services

  • The Association Office will be closed on Monday, May 27, 2024, in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Normal hours will resume on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 9:00 am.
  •  There will be no trash collection on Monday, May 27, 2024. Trash and Recycling collection will occur on Thursday, May 30, 2024. Recycle collection will run normally that week however there will be no bulk collection on Thursday, May 30, 2024. Normal collection schedule will resume Monday, June 3, 2024, with bulk collection resuming Thursday, June 6, 2024.
  • The shuttle buses will not provide services on Monday, May 27, 2024. Service will resume on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Click here for the schedule.
  • The Cameron Club will operate as normal on Monday, May 27, 2024.

A focused abdominal & core training session using a variety of tools, which may include stability balls, BOSU, medicine balls, and weights integrated with restorative stretch and flexibility.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Complimentary) – Mondays 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm – Victoria Hebert Great Room

Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.

The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale.

Yoga classes appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises. Postures may be approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition so that the practice is simple to do and easy to remember. This yoga style encourages a highly individualized approach to practice with on-going encouragement to make moment-to-moment adjustments.
