Board of Directors
The responsibility of the Board of Directors (Board) of the Cameron Station Community Association (Master Association) is to manage and oversee the community's operations, ensuring that all common areas and shared amenities are maintained, financial matters are handled responsibly, and community rules and regulations are enforced. The Board works to preserve property values and enhance the quality of life for all residents by making decisions in the best interests of the community. Board members strive to balance the needs and desires of individual homeowners with the collective goals of the neighborhood.
Over the years, the Board has evolved to better represent the community's interests. Initially, three board members were appointed by the developer; in 2001, two additional members were elected by the membership; and in 2002, two more homeowners joined the Board. Currently, seven directors, all homeowners, meet monthly to discuss and address community issues.
Board meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month, except for November and December. In November, the general Board meeting is replaced by the Annual Meeting, usually scheduled for the first Monday of November. The December meeting is rescheduled to earlier in the month due to the holidays. All residents are invited to attend, and there is a Residents Open Forum at the beginning for comments and questions. For the most up-to-date meeting schedule, residents should visit the website calendar, read the weekly Email Blast, or refer to the meeting packet on the Board page on this website. Special meetings can be convened at any time with proper notice, and meeting minutes are available on the website. To contact the Board directly, email boardofdirectors@cameronstation.org.
