The following adjustments to assessment rates became effective January 1, 2025. Assessments are due and payable the first day of January, April, July and October.

Automatic Payment of HOA Assessments

If you are signed up with CAMP to collect your monthly assessment payments via ACH, there will be no impact to you. If you would like to set up your ACH configuration, please contact CAMP at 703-821-2267 or CiraConnect Customer Service at 855-877-2472. You may also set up your ACH through your CiraConnect Resident Portal account, here.

Lockbox Mail Notice

As a result of the federal EFEL Act (Emergency Federal Employee Leave), the USPS is reporting an overarching resource depletion impacting its ability to process mail, especially handwritten and other mail that falls out of the automated process delivered through the post office.

If you are sending checks to the lockbox or you are using a bill payer service that sends paper checks to deliver payments, please consider using an electronic payment method via CAMP’s Resident Portal or provide adequate additional mail delivery time.


At the Board Meeting held September 24, 2024, the Board approved the budget for 2025 which includes an increase of 3.52% for Single-Family, Townhouses, and Condominiums and a 1.23% increase for Commercial units.  Please click here to view the approved 2025 Operating Budget, and click here to review the Cameron Station Reserve Study. Townhouse/Single Family Residents: 

The total 2025 assessment is $448.05 per quarter, the equivalent of $149.35 per month. Please be sure any automatic withdrawals are increased to the updated amount by January 1, 2025, at the risk of incurring late fees with the previous assessment amount. To make your payment online via automatic recurring payments, credit card and/or echeck, please log in to your Resident Portal located at the top right-hand page of www.gocampmgmt.com or at this link here

If you do not have a resident portal account and would like to set one up, please email camstati@ciramail.com or call the resident portal customer service line, 855-877-2472. On the resident portal, you will be able to make necessary payment arrangements, update your contact information and review important Association information.

Please note, payments will not be accepted at the on-site office or at the CAMP office. Please make your payment through the avenues listed above. Payments received on or after January 11, 2025, ten (10) days after the due date, will be charged a late fee of $25.00.

Condominium Residents: 

The total 2025 assessment will be $358.44 per quarter or $119.48 per month. Condominium owners should only pay dues to their respective condominium associations and not to Cameron Station Community Management (CSCA). CSCA assessments are included in the respective condominium association monthly dues. If you have questions about your Condominium Association dues or the collection process, please contact your Condominium Association Management, listed here


Account Changes: 

If there are changes to your property ownership records such as ownership name adjustments (aside from property conveyance) due to marriage, divorce, death, etc., or changes to your mailing address please contact CAMP at camstati@ciramail.com or call the Cameron Station on-site office at 703-567-4881.
