Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you to flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga classes are typically described as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises. Postures may be approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition so that the practice is simple to do and easy to remember. A gentle yoga style encourages a highly individualized approach to practice with on-going encouragement to make moment-to-moment adjustments.

The moves are repeated often enough for you to catch on and they're not complicated. The routines are repeated week after week with additions every now and then to spice things up even more! Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. Pool Opening Day 2022!

  • Water Aerobics Class

    There will be Aqua Aerobics on Saturdays during the Pool season every Saturday, starting May 28, 2022, and ending on September 24, 2022.  Walk-ins are welcome.

  • Regular Swim Hours Monday through Sunday: 10:30 am to 8:30 pm 
  • Early Morning Swim Hours Monday through Friday (except Labor Day): 6:00 am to 8:00 am
  • Weekends: 10:30 am to 8:30 pm
  • Extended Season Hours (after Labor Day) for weekends only: 10:30 am to 8:30 pm
