A focused abdominal & core training session using a variety of tools, which may include stability balls, BOSU, medicine balls, and weights integrated with restorative stretch and flexibility.
Pilates has been cancelled due to the floor installation in the Victoria Hebert Great Room.
Next week's class will be held in the Henderson Room on the second floor of the Cameron Club.
