As we welcome 2025, it’s the perfect time to set goals, try something new, and connect with your community. This year, we’re excited to bring you a fun and inspiring way to make the most of the months ahead: the 2025 Cameron Station Bucket List Challenge!
What Is the Bucket List Challenge?
The Bucket List Challenge is your invitation to dive into everything Cameron Station has to offer. From discovering new experiences to participating in community traditions, this list is packed with ideas to help you engage with your neighborhood in meaningful ways.
And here’s the best part—when you complete the list, your name will be entered into a drawing for an incredible bucket of prizes! Want to see what’s included? Stop by the Management Office, where the prize bucket is proudly on display.
How to Join
Getting started is easy:
- Pick up your list:
The Bucket List is featured in the printed edition of The Compass, or you can grab a copy at the Management Office. You can also download your Bucket List HERE.
- Start anytime:
Whether you begin in January or July, you have until December 31, 2025, to complete every item.
- Track your progress:
As you complete each activity, check it off and note the date.
- Submit your completed list:
Once you’ve completed the entire list, drop it off at the Management Office.
- Win big:
The drawing will be held during the first week of January 2026, and one lucky participant will be announced as the winner of the bucket of prizes.

Tricia Hemel, with husband Vince, chose Cameron Station as their home in 2018, settling in Carlton Place Condominiums. An LSU graduate, Tricia spent 15 years in NYC in the wholesale apparel industry, specializing in marketing and sales. She currently serves as the chairperson of the Communications Committee and is dedicated to enhancing community communication. You can often find Tricia walking the neighborhood or enjoying engaging conversations at Cameron Cafe. Born in New Orleans, she proudly supports LSU (Geaux Tigers!) and cheers for Real Madrid (Hala Madrid!).
