Join in on the 2nd annual Potomac Watershed Clean-Up Day, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Please join us on this day to make a difference in our community.
Areas that we will focus on will be Brenman Park, Linear Park, Armistead Boothe Park, and Holmes Run Watershed.
Why should you volunteer?
- Great opportunity to meet your neighbors in and around the community;
- The Watershed Cleanup Project is important to our parks and the environment;
- Volunteering makes you feel good when you are helping out;
- Community Service Hours are available to those in need; and
- Reduces Stress Level – there are physical and mental rewards.
We had 50+ volunteers participate in 2023 and our goal is to reach 100+ volunteers this year. Please RSVP with your name and contact information to managers@cameronstation.org if you plan to be part of the event. We hope to see you this year, rain or shine!
