Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Complimentary) – Mondays 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm – Victoria Hebert Great Room
Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale.

Assessments are due and payable the first day of January, April, July and October.

Please note, payments are not accepted at the on-site office or at the CAMP office. Payments received ten (10) days after the due date will be charged a late fee of $25.00.
Condominium Owners: Condominium Owners should only pay their condo fees directly to their Condominium Associations and are not billed by the Cameron Station Community Management as those assessments are included in your respective Condominium Association monthly dues. Gentle Yoga (Complimentary) - Thursdays 9:00 - 10:00 am - Victoria Hebert Great Room
Gentle yoga classes are typically described as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises. Postures may be approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition so that the practice is simple to do and easy to remember. A gentle yoga style encourages a highly individualized approach to practice with on-going encouragement to make moment-to-moment adjustments.
